There are very few contractors
who have a portfolio as elegant as the Jenkins Construction
Company does. These are the go-to people when you want something
spectacular built.
This project consists of a folder printed
full color on two sides with a glued pocket inside and a fold
out flap.
A series of inserts was produced to showcase a variety
of projects. Also, matching stationary.
I hired Jay Asquini
for the photography. Jay broke out the H Blads for this job
and the results show. Excellent
work. What a great cover shot he did.
The frame and logo
are computer generated marble. Jim Jenkins business is
located in the Fisher Building on West
Grand Boulevard, in Detroit Michigan. A visit to Mr. Jenkins
office starts with a journey through a magnificent well
preserved 1930's Art Deco period building. I used 30's
Deco to accent the whole brochure. The logo represents
Mr. Jenkins as a pillar in the community and built solid.
The illustrated version of his logo turned out so well
we decided to feature it on a 4.75" foldout flap.
This worked out well because we had a lot to say on the
inside, and gained 4.75" there too. Jenkins raises
the bar for all his competitors. I felt the same fervor
working on this project.
