  • The smart real estate area is mainly for the entire building for real estate. Each room has standard equipment, but the specific situation is still based on the real estate developer’s own needs, such as what functions are needed, and which products are equipped for him, and finally formed this plan
  • Smart villas mainly use wired systems, and their functional systems, including music, video intercom, security interaction, etc., are wireless, but it has different forms and functions. The richness of the wired system is stronger, the form of expression is more, more flexible, but its cost is higher.

After understanding the basic situation at Hisense's booth, the reporter went to the booth of Bolian. It is understood that Bolian's smart hotel integrates the functions of four major sections, namely PMS, self-service kiosk, smart guest room and smart guest needs, while Bolian mainly performs the latter two functions.

Check in, perform face recognition comparison, etc.; after that, a room card will be given to the guest, and a QR code will be generated. In addition to Hisense and Bolian who are doing smart hotels, reporters also found in the exhibition hall that HDL is also doing smart hotels. Why do so many companies do smart hotels?

In fact, there is not much difference between an intelligent hotel and an intelligent building. The difference lies in the unique things of the hotel.

The market still needs education, offline experience stores are blooming everywhere


As the domestic lightweight whole-house smart home solution provider ThinkHome, Leifeng.com learned that because the functions involved in whole-house intelligence are more comprehensive and detailed, ThinkHome mainly provides control terminals based on its own situation, such as lighting, curtain solutions, etc. It is not provided, but just controls these things.

At present, my country's smart home market channels are mainly sold through real estate developers and system integrators. To B's sales account for 80%, while To C is only about 20%. Among them, a large part of the reason is due to the insufficient knowledge and personal experience of smart home by C-end consumers.


Prior to this, the smart home company Lumi Lianchuang established the "Aqara Lumi Smart Home 4S Experience Store" to provide users with a series of services such as product installation and after-sales feedback. At present, Lumi Lianchuang has more than 300 such 4S experience stores across the country. By the end of 2020, Lumi Lianchuang plans to build 1,000 stores, achieving 100% coverage of prefecture-level cities in China and 90% coverage of county-level cities.


According to the survey of exhibitors at this exhibition, a considerable number of smart home manufacturers, especially whole-house smart manufacturers, are considering or have begun to deploy offline experience stores.


In terms of smart speakers, Leifeng.com learned that Tmall Elf, Xiaoai, Rocky, etc. have been tried more, and although Xiaodu has reached the first domestic shipment rate in Q1 and Q2 in 2019, it is a rising star after all. Established industrial manufacturers cross the border into the game

Leifeng.com learned that the smart home products brought by Schneider are mainly smart door locks and AvatarON wireless smart home products. The connection technology is mainly based on ZigBee3.0. Its smart home R&D team is located in Shenzhen, with a scale of about 160 people.
