RF Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop 2G, 3G, NB-IoT, CAT-M, LTE, and 5G NR wireless communication module products.

2. Debug and test RF performance indicators, with certain analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3. Provide production support and resolve issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

4. Liaise with antenna suppliers to complete antenna design and validate product performance.

5. Support module customers by providing feasible suggestions for addressing customer issues.

6. Assist in module certification testing (e.g., CE, FCC, GCF, PTCRB).

7. Perform other tasks temporarily assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Communications, Electronics, Radio, Microwave, Automation, or related fields.

2. Familiarity with RF circuit schematic design, PCB layout, and circuit debugging.

3. At least one year of experience in mobile phone RF design and debugging; preference given to those with WCDMA, CDMA, or LTE RF development experience.

4. Experience using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, or comprehensive testers is preferred.

5. Strong theoretical knowledge of RF; familiarity with GSM, WCDMA, and LTE communication principles is advantageous.

6. Excellent teamwork spirit, responsible and proactive work attitude, diligence, willingness to work hard, approachable and sincere personality, and strong ability to work under pressure.
