Hardware Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct hardware electrical performance and reliability testing for complete devices, including RF, baseband, and reliability tests.

2. Perform test evaluation for projects, develop test strategies and plans, execute testing tasks, and compile and publish test reports.

3. Continuously improve testing methodologies, with the ability to research standards for new components and functionalities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Communications, or a related field, with at least one year of relevant experience in the mobile phone or related industry.

2. Proficient in RF testing methods and skilled in using instruments such as CMW500, Agilent8960, and MT8821.

3. Familiar with baseband testing methods, including charge/discharge, temperature rise, power consumption, sensor testing, and subjective/objective tests for TP/LCD.

4. Preference given to candidates with experience in reliability testing and evaluation.

5. Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, high sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
